My practice includes both animal-assisted and non animal-assisted counseling, virtual counseling (Texas residents), and Supervision for Texas LPC Associates.

My fee is $175 for a 50-minute counseling session or

play therapy session.  There is a discounted rate of $150 per session for educators, first responders, and military.  I bill for sessions using a HIPAA-compliant credit card processing software for therapists.

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance company and do not bill insurance.  If you would like to work with a provider who accepts and bills for insurance, you can look up "Behavioral Health Providers" on your health insurance company website.  I can provide necessary paperwork in the form of a Superbill, so you can pursue possible reimbursement by your insurance company.

Under federal law, clients who use insurance have protections against unexpected medical bills. While Golden Paws Counseling Services is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance, you have the right to understand how billing works and what to expect.

Good Faith Estimate

As a self-pay practice, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.

This estimate will be provided to you prior to beginning services or upon request and is designed to help you understand and plan for the cost of care.
